TyreMetric Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the TyreMetric fleet tyre management platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TyreMetric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Our Services
TyreMetric provides software designed to record, manage, monitor, and analyse tyres, vehicles, trailers, inspections, and related fleet information.
We may add, modify, improve, or remove features at any time.
3. User Accounts
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of their passwords
- Ensuring authorised users comply with these Terms
Customers are responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts.
4. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of all information uploaded into TyreMetric.
By using the platform, you grant TyreMetric permission to securely store, process, and use that information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
- Use TyreMetric for unlawful purposes
- Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to exploit the software without written permission
6. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, software updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability.
7. Fees
Where applicable, subscription fees are payable in accordance with the selected pricing plan.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and content provided through TyreMetric remain the intellectual property of TyreMetric unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyreMetric is provided "as is" and "as available".
TyreMetric is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
Customers remain responsible for operational decisions made using information generated by the software.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where these Terms are breached or where required by law.
Customers may cease using the platform at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of TyreMetric after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
